I was really busy today so I didn't run until 7 at night with a headlamp. The workout was alternating moderate and hard with the final half mile at 2 mile pace. My splits were 6:05, 5:26, 6:16, 5:34, 6:20, 5:39, 5:55. I was trying to keep my moderate miles under 6:20 and my hard miles close to 5:30. My final half mile I could only hit a 5:30. It was a good workout though considering I had gone to Crystal earlier so I was dehydrated and the last time I had eaten was at 1. And it was a bowl of ice cream with a friend so that probably didn't help my times.

I know I can't keep this up! I'm going to have to drop this social life stuff:)
