Today's workout was a progressive run. Starting at 6:45 and going down 15sec each mile till we hit 5:00 for the last mile. My calves were still sore from yesterday so I didn't quite hit those marks but I was pretty close. My legs were pretty sore afterwards though.

Today was 30, 60, 90, 120s up center street in Providence. My legs were still destroyed from the last two days so it was rough. We were at like 3 miles so we took a long 3 mile cool down afterwards.

Today we finally got a recovery day. Both mine and Spencer's legs were trash after the last three days. After the 5 miles we did a barefoot mile on the football field.

Today was 4Xmile repeats at 2 mile race pace with a 400 active recovery. We did a half mile warmup before starting. We did our first mile in 4:51 which is only 12 seconds off my pr. The next repeat was about a 5:08. Then coach wanted us to go 5:20 pace and gradually pick it up for our 3rd mile. Ended up being about a 5:18 mile. For the final mile coach wanted us to not go any faster than 5:30 because we were so wornout from this whole week. It turned out being about a 5:23 for the final mile. Then we did a mile barefoot to cooldown.

Today was just awful. I went with Spencer. Everything was so sore I could barely jog. We did 10 miles starting at Zollinger and going to the Providence Cemetary. Up to the canyon around USU and back down main street.

Been sitting out since last Tuesday. Been biking a lot to still condition myself. Doctor says I pulled my pronial longus on my foot. Can still run but no long distance. So I went and did a 4X400 with 200 rest between. Felt great while running but my foot killed as soon as I stopped running.

Was only allowed to race the 800 today. Did my first lap in 59 seconds. Then my foot just started killing me the final 300 meters. Ended up with a 2:09 behind Mashburn and Winter.

Coach made us race the 3200 so we would have a time for the invite. Was a bad idea from the start after 8 mile progression run yesterday and her just being in a bad mood.
